Food photographer | Slow cooked lamb shanks with tagliatelle

Just how much stress can a chef handle during the lunch sitting? Well I suppose they are trained to handle the heat – but what if you are a mommy chef and your husband wants to try something new AND photograph the results… Oh, did I mention we had people coming over as well :-)

All I can say is Lindsay rocked the shank!

When I saw the picture in Fair Lady I thought we have to cook that, followed very quickly by, and I have to shoot it!
