I am feeling really inspired, like i have been strapped to a Soviet Soyuz rocket with 10 seconds to go!
I want to go out and shoot some cool projects – big stuff, small stuff, people, cars even the double-decker-super-duper-imported-cheese sandwich at my local deli.
So here’s your opportunity – if you can impress me with the an amazing idea for a shoot you want to have done, I will shoot it for you at no cost. This can be a high fashion shoot with corsets and extravagant hair and makeup, a JHB CBD VIP on a rooftop helipad, beautifully styled and prepared food, cars, bikes – we are talking lights camera action, dancing girls, fireballs… hold on, this is not my idea, this is your idea!!!
Now don’t try and be clever and think I am going to fly you and Engelbert Humperdinck (your Chihuahua) to Paris for the shoot on the beach – you will still need to organise all the non photography stuff like makeup artists, contortionists, fire eaters and a week in the Carlton Hotel in Cannes (I like room 302 facing the water btw).
You bring your ideas and I will bring my skill and equipment and shoot you with my Canon. This is open to anyone, person on the street, bluechip, bushlodge, airline, etc.

Charlie - Mmmm my husband and I are trying for a baby and I would like to announce my pregnancy to him in a really cool way using very creative photo’s of me in all sorts of locations incorporating music, cartoons and PC games! I kinda wanna put it together as a forthcoming attraction thing, think glamorous movie star meets lara craft meets diablo! Haha! Its very out there and would require a lot of creative juices and “story boarding” so typically not something I can do by my self ;-)
Charlie - O and there is another one I also really badly wanna do, I haven’t figured it out completely but I would love to do a shoot aimed at inspiring and motivating women! beauty combined with power, strong yet fragile- just beautiful. a mix between the A21 campaign material against enslaving women by trafficking them into the sex trade and the colour conference. If you watch the video on their site http://colourconference.com/ and look around at their promo images you can get a feel for that delicate beauty but combine it with the stark realities of human trafficking to create images of hope! Love that! Hope it makes a bit of sense? Sorry I am getting carried away :-)

To Help with everyone’s thought process, you need to think big – a free shoot needs a great idea! So think along the lines of:
* Kingsly Holgate and his expedition team complete with vehicles on a minedump with a huge stormy sky behind him.
* An action shot hanging out of a moving car of another car on a racetrack
* A fashion shoot on a yacht, or a yacht in table bay harbour under full sail with the crew holding on for dear life
* Showcasing an amazing piece or architecture or interior
* Documenting the grape picking season on a farm in Franschhoek.
Your ideas need to be Epic, Out there, shew can we do that with a touch of OMG.

This is SUCH AN AMAZINGLY COOL competition and opportunity; I am a bit stumped as to why more people are not putting their ideas out there?!? Well, I suppose in a way that is at least good news for me, you know fewer competitors hehe ;-)
So I have been thinking some more and although I am not sure which one of my ideas you liked the most I increasingly feel that your talent, passion and inspiration can really create an AMAZING ad campaign against abuse of women while at the same time inspire and uplift those seeking a way out…
I have some concept ideas but unfortunately I can only begin to explain it by also using images, so if you don’t mind giving me your e-mail address or e-mailing me at charlottebieldt@yahoo.co.za I can pitch some ideas to you?
